Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.

After registering the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• the product must be unused
• the product must be in its original condition
• the product should be returned in the original packaging if possible

Products that are damaged due to use may be subject to a reduction in value.

Return costs

The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

We recommend sending returns with track and trace.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.
