International shipping

Beniya ships worldwide.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties or VAT may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-orders

For products offered as pre-orders, the expected delivery week is an indication.

Our products are handcrafted in Indonesia and transported by sea freight. As a result, delivery times may vary.

Delays

Beniya is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs procedures
• international transport conditions
• other circumstances beyond the control of Beniya
